For clients

Hire the best engineer, not the one with the simplest paperwork.

When a requirement can be sponsored, immigration stops being a reason you can’t fill it. We file H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1 and green cards in-house — and have done since 1984.

Employer petition cost to your program — CTS is the employer
Why it matters to your program

A wider candidate pool, without the legal work landing on you.

Most suppliers quietly screen out anyone needing sponsorship, because filing is slow, expensive and outside what they do. That narrows your slate on exactly the disciplines where the domestic pool is thinnest — stress, MP&P, GN&C, flight software.

Because CTS is the employer of record, the petition is ours to file and ours to fund. Your program gets the engineer; the immigration work never touches your HR or legal team.

A deeper slate

Candidates other suppliers decline to represent are in play, which matters most on the disciplines you struggle to fill.

Compliance sits with us

Petitions, I-9, E-Verify and status monitoring are CTS obligations as the employer. Your program carries none of it.

Retention on long programs

Engineers on a green card path through CTS stay through multi-year phases rather than leaving mid-build for a sponsor.

What we file

In-house, by name.

H-1B

Specialty occupation petitions for engineering and technical roles, including cap-exempt cases, extensions, amendments and transfers from another employer.

TN & E-3

Canadian, Mexican and Australian professionals. Often the fastest route onto a program when a start date is tight.

O-1

For candidates with demonstrated extraordinary ability, where the standard categories don’t fit the person you want.

Green cards

Employment-based permanent residency including PERM. More than 10,000 processed — the number that separates capability from a claim.

Outbound deployment

Documentation support for CTS employees deployed on business assignments outside the U.S. This was the company’s original service line in 1984, not a later addition.

Where it doesn’t apply

We screen for this before submittal, not after.

Cleared programs and export-controlled work carry citizenship and eligibility requirements that no supplier can work around. We check them against your requirement at intake, so sponsorship never gets raised on a role that can’t support it — and never gets dismissed on a role that can.

Immigration support is subject to position requirements and individual eligibility. Nothing here is legal advice or a guarantee of outcome.
