Working here

What working through CTS actually looks like.

From résumé to first day to the assignment after this one. Here’s the process, who you’ll deal with, and what we handle so you don’t have to.

The process

Five steps. No mystery.

01

Send your résumé

One file. No account needed, no 40-field form. Tell us your discipline and where you’ll work.

3 minutes
02

A coordinator calls

Someone who staffs your discipline — not a generalist reading a script. They ask what you want next, not just what you did last.

Typically 1–2 business days
03

You see the job first

We tell you the client, the rate, the location and the term before we submit you. You approve every submission.

Always
04

Interview and offer

We prep you on what the team actually cares about, then handle the paperwork, background check and onboarding.

Varies by client
05

On assignment

You’re a CTS W-2 employee. Payroll, benefits and questions run through people you can reach by phone.

Day one onward
Who you’ll deal with

Three people, not a ticket queue.

Your talent coordinator

Named, and yours through this assignment and the next one. They know your discipline, your clearance status and what you said you wanted.

Employee Relations

For anything that comes up on assignment — a question about your contract, a problem at the worksite, benefits enrollment. This department has existed as long as CTS has.

Payroll

Timesheets, direct deposit, corrections. A phone number, not a portal ticket — Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm Pacific.

Division of labour

What we handle, what the client handles.

Contract work confuses people because two organisations are involved. Here’s the split, plainly.

3 medical plans Dental & vision HSA access 401(k) + Roth 6 paid holidays* +40 hrs every 2,000 hours* Direct deposit Referral bonus
* Benefits and eligibility vary based on assignment, work location, employment classification and plan requirements.
When the assignment ends

Most people don’t leave. They go to the next one.

Assignments extend, convert to full-time with the client, or end on schedule. In each case your coordinator starts working the next placement before your last week — that’s the part candidates tell us other suppliers skip. Some of our longest-tenured employees have worked through CTS across several assignments and more than one decade.

“I have had nothing but a very positive relationship with CTS International over the many years. Someone was always available to answer my questions and concerns or get back with me ASAP.”

Mike H.Long-term CTS employee

“I’m thankful every day to be working for CTS and Boeing. This has been a great assignment, and seems to be going strong into the future.”

Ask us about working here

Pay, benefits, timesheets, what a CTS assignment is actually like — ask the team that handles it, not a general inbox.

Enter a valid email address.
Quicker than email for anything complicated.
If your question is really “what do you have for me?”, this answers it faster.
Tell us what you would like to know.
A coordinator replies — usually the same business day.

Sent. We have it.

You’ll hear from a real person, not an autoresponder. If it’s urgent, call +1 877-878-2992.
