CTS International supplies engineering and technical talent to aerospace, defense, space and IT programs. We began in Europe in 1984 supplying skilled aerospace personnel, incorporated in the United States in 1985, and established the Seattle-area headquarters in 1991 that we still operate from today.
Over four decades we’ve become a top-tier approved supplier to five major aerospace manufacturers, with MSP and preferred-vendor agreements across airframe, systems and interiors companies. Our client agreements prevent us from naming them here — but the scale is the point: single programs where we’ve supplied 300, 500 and 1,200 engineers, and more than 10,000 green cards processed for people who came to build them.
Client names are withheld under our agreements, so programs are described by type. These are single-program cohorts, not career totals.
