The Company has an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Systems Design, Analysis, and Test Engineer for current and emerging programs across the St. Louis region, including Berkeley, MO, Hazelwood, MO, St. Charles, MO, and Mascoutah, IL.
At Company, our Electrical Engineers develop and test electronic and electrical system requirements using analytical and technical skills, translate requirements into system architectures and modify hardware and software designs for Company aircraft, unmanned vehicles and much more.
These Capability Centers support the following programs:
F-47 – the next generation fighter for the Air Force
T-7A – the next generation trainer for the Air Force
F/A-18, EA-18G, F-15, F-22 – production tactical fighter aircraft ongoing major upgrades
Several programs within the Phantom Works organization
MQ-25 – Autonomous Carrier Landing Vehicles for the Navy
Engineering Capability Centers – specialized engineering for Platform Cybersecurity, Product Security, Flight Simulation, Radar Development, and Advanced Mission Systems
Precision Engagement Systems (PES) including Direct Attack weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC and associated derivatives) and Cruise Missiles (SLAM ER, Harpoon and development weapons)
Company Global Services including Support Equipment, Government Training Engineering, and US Air Force Programs Modification, Sustainment, and Product Support

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineers.
Position Responsibilities:
Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts
Develop, document and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements according to customer desires and contract requirements
Develop statement-of-work and technical performance specifications
Analyze, translate and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle
Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Resolve product integration issues and production anomalies
Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements and for potential application to company business need
Monitor supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements
Design hardware, software and interface specifications
Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
A final U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.
Requirements
What you'll need
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Currently reside in OR willing to relocate at own expense to the St. Louis, Missouri region.
5-9 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in the Aerospace Industry
Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment
Experience within a design/build or test team
Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes
Experience with electronic/electrical system designs or test based on requirements
Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Education / experience:
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and 3+ years of related work experience,
or an equivalent combination.
