Defines and validates requirements for new and revised hardware and software systems. Designs, develops and tests applications. Performs trade studies and other forms of analysis to formulate optimum solutions for users. Develops and deploys new or revised processes in support of new computing systems, including documentation and training. Supports the development of system integration strategies and architectures that promote use of common tools and processes. Facilitates integration of new technologies and the transition from legacy systems to support business requirements. Works under general direction with the senior manager.

Job Description

This a role for creating ADO teams & boards as well as being a centralized role for ensuring

Manages Team Structure & Naming conventions
Manages Area Path structure (this controls read/write privileges and acts as a core ontology for WBS)
Manages Common Iteration Path structure & standards (enables all dashboard widgets and standardized queries)
Teaching how to use ADO (people often request customization within ADO, we find requests for customization is typically rooted not knowing how to use OOTB functionality)
Oversee the ongoing maintenance of Azure DevOps projects, ensuring they operate smoothly.
Monitor project performance and implement necessary updates and optimizations.
Identify opportunities for AI integration within existing tools to enhance functionality.
Provide training and support to team members on Azure DevOps best practices and AI applications.
Address any issues that arise within the Azure DevOps environment.

Will be supporting various Company maintenance engineering organization programs over 6 sites, over 40 platforms (military and weapons)
