Company is seeking motivated, talented Systems Engineers to join our Systems Engineering team located in Saint Charles, Missouri. Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems, Engineers with a multi discipline skill set who can solve problems and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to work on and around the latest high tech weapon systems.

As a part of the Space, Intelligence and Weapon Systems (SIWS) organization, Precision Engagement Systems (PES) is a dynamic and growing team with leadership that is focused on attracting and developing top talent in support of critical missions on Direct Attack (DA) programs. Connected to our customers’ missions, we deliver unique capability through our exceptional talent. The programs we support in Saint Charles, MO include Direct Attack weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC and associated derivatives) utilized on various military aircraft, some ground-based platforms, and other future contract awards.

Responsibilities:
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a life-cycle balanced system of systems and system solution(s) which satisfies customer/operational needs and public acceptability. Defines system performance (requirements), integrates technical parameters, and assures compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture(s). Perform affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties engineering analyses to obtain a preferred configuration which assures mission success.
