The Company is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer located in Berkeley, MO. Positions are 100% on-site.
Position Responsibilities:
· Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements.
· Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements.
· Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements.
· Supports fabrication technicians and suppliers’ questions during build and fabrication process
· Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies.
· Supports hands-on troubleshooting of test racks
· Perform acceptance test procedures to demonstrate conformance to design and document results
· Develop and maintain scripts used to run test functions using C and C++
· Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needs
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
· An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
12+ months — possible extension and possible FTE opportunity.

What you'll need
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
· Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
· 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors OR Masters Degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
· Experience with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong foundation in C, C++, and python
· Siemens Capital Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Education / experience:
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and 3+ years of related work experience,
or an equivalent combination.
