Position Description

**Active Secret Clearance required to start**

Develops and leads complex agile initiatives. Guides multiple teams and leaders navigate and drive consistent application of a Lean-Agile mindset, values, principles and ways of working. Works on continuous improvement efforts utilizing team assessments. Develops, maintains and oversees Agile methodologies, standards, processes, tooling and best practices. Identifies and develops appropriate training on Agile mindset, methodologies, standards, processes and success patterns. This individual will be both a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Works under general direction. Regular and predicted attendance is required.

Requirements

Requirements:
Experience as a scrum master in an agile team
Scrum Master certification (any)
Secret Clearance required to start
BS Degree

Preferred:
Preferred:Agile coaching experience
SAFe experience Scaled Agile Framework
RTE certification SAFe® Release Train Engineer
SPC certification Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)
Software development experience

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
