Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Ability to capture and review FPGA design requirements
• Develop and document design Micro-architecture
• Develop design code in VHDL
• Experience targeting AMD/Xilinx family of FPGA devices
• DO-254 experience is a plus
• UVM experience is important and required.

TOP 3-5 MUST HAVE REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1. – AMD/Xilinx FPGA Design experience
2. – VHDL Coding
3. – FPGA functional block development
4. – Requirements capture and generation
5. – US Citizen

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
1. – >=8 years of relevant experience
2. – DO-254 experience (a plus)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
